EISdigital has been developed by EZEON Technologies, which provides this software to coaching institutes, organizations, schools, and colleges on an annual subscription basis. Users can pay via their chosen method directly to EZEON Technologies through various payment options such as gateways or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Upon acquiring an annual license, the institute owners or super admins gain full access to the software’s capabilities.

The institutes that subscribe can facilitate their students' learning through the integrated LMS. The mobile app includes essential features like online examinations (MCQ-based), assignment submissions (subjective), communication with faculty/back office staff, and access to course materials. Students typically make payments directly to their respective institutes using various payment methods before being registered in the portal by the back office team. Login credentials are then sent automatically via SMS and Email.
